This holiday met my heart’s desires. My love of the ocean and swimming with a gorgeous bunch of people in waters so incredibly clear with colours of deep turquoise and cobalt blue. The accommodation was beautiful and perfectly set up. The food - clean, fresh, organic and abundant. Straight from the land and sea. From yoga in the morning, swimming safaris, picnic lunches on heavenly beaches, bike riding, sunset dinners alfresco and so much laughter and fun. It was incredibly well planned and so much heartfelt work had been put into its creation that flowed easily and effortlessly into everything we did. To say it exceeded my expectations is an understatement.

It was truly a memorable week of many magic and fun moments shared with the first group. The swimming, yoga, snorkelling and cultural night all exceeded expectations. It was a special week of total experience in the Pacific Ocean and Aitutaki Island culture. Kaye has created a very unique and personal retreat that encompasses more than just swimming and yoga. We started as a group of ‘easy going’, ‘give it a go’ types including some not knowing anyone and by the end of the 6 night stay she had created a small family who feel connected to one another after sharing so many amazing experiences. The laughs, the biggest smiles and hugs are imprinted in our memory bank…and yes, there were tears!

I arrived having been quite unwell and depleted yet, with so much caring and support from the group and Kaye, as well as the gentle fun, swimming, yoga, rest, interesting and stunning beauty, with warmth too! I came home calm and restored and a lot fitter! Wonderful and a dream come true. I can close my eyes and bathe in the blue with our whale whenever I choose. A great gift. Thank you.

The Yogifish Aitutaki 6-day retreat and getaway was beautifully organised to deliver an easy and restorative experience. It was a perfect balance of communing with nature, reconnecting with myself, and deepening friendships. Aitutaki is a very special and wondrous place which has preserved its innocence and essence. You are not just a visitor but part of the community. And to fulfil a lifetime dream of swimming with the whales, and to be able to share that with equally enraptured friends was big magic indeed!! What a wonderful week. The location, the people, the weather, the food, the relaxed vibe - all perfect. The yoga was great and the swims were well thought out considering wind, current, distance and interesting things to look at. To be gliding above the coral and all seeing all those colorful fish was pure magic. I feel so lucky to have been a part of this trip!

This was an amazing winter escape - beautiful location, great company, breathtaking swims, awe-inspiring sea life encounters, gentle restorative yoga - such a treat! Thank you for your wonderful organisation and gentle leadership, Kaye!

Restful but active, fun but meaningful and such a great group of people to get to know.

I'm not sure what impressed me more. The paradisiacal location of Aitutaki, or Kaye's ability to unite a group and make each individual feel special. I can honestly say this was one of the best holidays I've had. It was the perfect mix of activity and rest, of socialising and recharging while reading a book. Kaye encourages you on day 1 to give everything a try, without pushing you too hard, and that's exactly what we did. The trip was outstanding, as is Kaye. Her 2IC Marie is amazing as well. We left with our cups feeling full and will definitely be back.

I was slightly apprehensive about going, but there were swim distances for everyone and I felt very well looked after. I had a great time with all my fellow travellers and am sure we will keep in touch, and get together again soon. Definitely going again. Thanks Kaye

What a wonderful fun group to spend a week with and well supported by Kaye and Marie. Was great to eat our way around the Island with just enough time to do our own exploring.

This trip exceeded my expectations and was fantastic. From the time we were greeted off the plane until we left we felt very well looked after by Kaye. We had an absolute blast and will be back for sure!

The pace of the week was so perfect. I never felt stressed, rushed or overwhelmed. I never felt bored or disappointed. There was beauty everywhere. And the company couldn't have been better. Kaye and Marie made me feel so looked after!

Kaye facilitated what was a truly magical week away in the Pacific Islands doing what we love - swimming and yoga. She ensures that everyone is comfortable and well looked after i.e if you are choosing to be brave and do this alone, I can assure you, you won't feel alone - you will bond with incredible like-minded people.

Hard to pinpoint highlights - it is a combination that made it so enjoyable - great weather and location, an active start to the day with yoga, swimming in a "fish bowl", the boat days with the swims to different locations, the picnics at Honeymoon & One Foot. Loved Ned's coconut talk, as did I enjoy the swimming in the 50m pool and relay with the local swim team - fun!! Eating out at a variety of restaurants was great, and of course getting to know each of the other Yogifish travellers - always enjoy the people side!! There are so, so many reasons to pack your goggles, togs and yoga mats and head to Aitutaki, but for me the warmth I experienced in all aspects of this trip really made it - and that turquoise and that indigo, and that blue!!

A week filled with passionate people who loved the water as much as I do, can't get any better than that. Kaye you created a balanced week with thought and care, thank you, memory and heart bank filled.

Kaye and Marie had curated an amazing full week of activities for us. Swimming of course was front of mind but exploring the reef and islands with Ned at the helm was a beautiful enriching experience. There was a lot of thought in creating a full (but somehow still relaxed!) itinerary which created an immersive experience of Aitutaki. There was great thought and care in ensuring everyone felt safe in the water, and the camaraderie of this wonderful group of people meant you always had a buddy or more to swim with!

I’ve just returned from the most incredible swim adventure in Aitutaki with Yogifish - aka Kaye and Marie.From the moment we were met at the airport to the farewell song on our last morning, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The accommodation was fantastic, the food at the resort was fresh and nourishing, and the swims were perfectly designed — not too long, not too short, and always varied. We experienced different currents, winds, and water depths across the lagoon, each swim offering something unique. Kaye's focus on safety and care was evident in everything she did — from daily briefings, clear communication, and medical readiness, to her calm and professional presence in the water. The highlight of the trip, without question, was swimming with whales. It was the most awe-inspiring experience of my life — far surpassing whale shark encounters or any other ocean trip I’ve ever done. What made this trip so special was the balance of professionalism with a personal touch. Every little whim seemed catered for — from small gifts, to beautifully planned excursions, to our farewell dinner by the beach. The attention to detail, constant communication, and genuine care created an atmosphere of trust, joy, and connection. Kay’s trips are on a different level — the most professional and well-run I’ve experienced, yet still warm and personal. I feel incredibly grateful for the memories, the friendships, and the once-in-a-lifetime encounters this trip gave me.

Perfect accommodation for this group. Separate yet close to each other, ideally located, loved the availability of free bikes. Perfect balance between programmed activities and downtime to rest or explore. Great selection of dinner venues. Unforgettable whale and giant trevally swim experiences, leaving us all awestruck

A week in Aitutaki was heaven on earth, like being in a postcard. I'd never swum in such beautiful conditions with warm, sparkling waters in all shades of blue. Kaye planned everything meticulously: meals, swims, yoga, and downtime. Swimming with humpback whales was indescribably special. I've returned home in a flowy, tranquil state.

So many highlights! If I had to put one on top it would be the days out on the reef or in the lagoon - the swimming and snorkelling - the incredible natural environment, the clear azure ocean the warm temps ...the right mix of comfort and safety along with adventure and discovery all within this sense of comradery lightness and laughter. Ned was a great guide, I enjoyed the commentary and picnics on the islands. Complete medicine for the mind body and soul. Totally loved it!

A highlight was meeting some amazing people that I will definitely keep in touch with. Out of all the of our adventures, the swim from the Giant Clams to the Giant Trevally was just fantastic and my favourite

Swimming with humpback whales was amazing, a very magical experience. I also loved the outer reef swims and the giant clam to giant trevalli swim. The food was a wonderful surprise, great quality, fresh and delicious. The makeup of the group was great, good people and a fun vibe.

My Yogifish week in Aitutaki was amazing. It looked just like the pictures - perfect vivid shades of blue. The swimming was excellent and and seeing whales in the water was the icing on the cake - unexpected and thrilling!! I enjoyed the yoga - particularly the stretching parts. I don't think I would have been able to do the swimming all week without it. The level was great and the timing was also perfect for me. The accommodation was fabulous, comfy and lots of space to hang all the wet gear. Such a thoughtful and well planned trip - thanks so much Kaye. Can't wait for the next Yogifish adventure.
